Alternatively, we also offer individual agreements based on hourly rates, with a minimum charge according to the RVG, as charging below this rate is legally prohibited (\u00a7 49b BRAO). Please contact us to discuss the fee structure that best suits your needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">The cost for an initial consultation is \u20ac190.00 net for consumers and \u20ac250.00 net for businesses, plus expenses and statutory VAT, as per \u00a7 34 RVG.
