Right of Withdrawal and Withdrawal Instruction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal. According to § 13 BGB (German Civil Code), a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or self-employed professional activity.

Withdrawal Instruction

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract, but no later than upon receipt of this withdrawal instruction.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me:

Rechtsanwalt Nils Huber
Fasanenstraße 3
10623 Berlin
Fax: 030 44 01 06 43
E-Mail: mueller@huber-recht.de

with an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your intention to withdraw before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for the refund.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount that is proportional to the services already provided up to the point at which you inform us of the exercise of your right of withdrawal in relation to the total scope of the services agreed upon in the contract.

3. Special Note on the Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires for contracts involving the provision of services if the service has been fully performed and the service provision began after the consumer explicitly consented to it and simultaneously acknowledged that they will lose their right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by the service provider.

By acknowledging the above withdrawal instruction, we, as the client, explicitly request that Attorney Nils Huber begin his performance before the expiration of the withdrawal period. I understand that I will have to pay for services already rendered in case of withdrawal and that I lose my right of withdrawal upon the full performance of the contract by the attorney.
